Apocalypse Zero

Raws by markus
Translation by Gottheim
Cleaning by mieze & morten
Editing by Revilenigma

A series of natural disasters has reduced the world to rubble, with the survivors doing whatever they must to survive in a world gone mad. But one young boy, Kakugo, gifted with amazing martial arts and a superpowerful suit of armor by his late father, has been charged with making the world (or at least his school) a safer place. But his sister has a matching set of skills and equipment, and she`s on a mission to bring peace to the world... by wiping out humanity!

It's the same artist as Shigurui, but an earlier work...

YAMAGUCHI Takayuki

Shigurui was a more realistic work than this one...

Hope to find more raws of Yamaguchi...

This is for people who though Hokuto no Ken didn't have enough violence and weird fetishes.

...

so I love it.

I scanned this series, both the English translated first six volumes and the 5 volumes that were at the time only available in Japanese. Since I had to buy a bundle of all 11 Japanese books I decided to include the English volumes with the Japanese covers for the sake of continuity and because I find them much better looking.

I was extremely bummed when the official translation was dropped all those years ago and to say that I'm pleasantly surprised by more and more of Takayuki Yamaguchi's work getting scanlated would be an understatement.

PS: It's awesome that I am credited for the scans but I wonder who morten is to know my real life first name...

I didn't know it, we have a proofreader who goes by the account of markus...

I'm gonna credit you for the first 6 scanned volumes and the name kemushikun as scan provider for the following scanlations. Thank you for your work.

Morten, are you going to translate the sequel, Exoskull Zero (or whatever is called)?
There's 1 raw volume out in the web, but nobody translated it!

Good to hear it! I have already finished to read Apocalypse Zero since years, because it was translated in Europe. It is a good manga, I like how sick and twisted is! ;)

So it was outside the internet?

Also, links for volume 7 doesn't work.
