Its true that seinen usually ain't really 18+ as they claim to be. I hope this one will be.

what exactly does 18+ mean and how do you download?

I suppose you must have already figured out how to download by now, but just to clear up the "18+" part.
There is no "echi" in this manga. What you have instead is the kind of stuff you only find in H-Rated material. You don't have "violence" in this manga. What you have instead is the kind of stuff that you'd usually itemize as "guro".
That being said, strictly speaking, the plot of this manga is mostly shounen, but the art style and presentation is very much oriented at MUCH more mature readers who can stomach this stuff without wanting to throw up. By the way, Volume 1 is by far the mildest volume. The Hentai/Guts-all-over the place gets worse as time goes by. The rest will get translated eventually. Thanks for showing this much interest - I hoped/thought it would be liked, but i didn't really expect it to be this successful.

btw, it's interesting to see for a change a protagonist who's not ashamed about his sex drive and who's perfectly confident about himself when it comes to dealing with women.

I only picked up this manga cause it's excessive in everything, may it be violence, sex or the whole background story. It reminded me of Mad Bull 34...
