The shogunate installed by the Tokugawa is abiding order, the people live in peace and in a relative prosperity.

However, the dark part of the human heart does not cease to arouse their cupidity : it is the ideal doorway for all demons that, by possessing humans, seek to pass into their world.

Exorcising these demons is Jonosuke's mission, the master of keys. Known for being the best locksmith of Edo, Jonosuke uses particular locks to put the wicked spirits under lock and key. With the help of the bewitching O-kin, a divine who uses unorthodox methods, Jonosuke is going to meet during his demon hunt some notables of his time which will prove to be precious allies when he'll have to face a plot aimed at the upper spheres of the state.

I enjoyed this very much thanks,
some really good consistent artwork and a well paced plot.
It kind of reminded me of a tentacled S&M version of Vampire Miyu or my girlfriends fave Ghost hunt.
Gonna be interesting to see where it goes.

Thanks for picking up such a good supernatural manga, I really enjoyed the first volume.
The concept behind this manga reminds me both Mononoke and Leviathan, which I disliked in all honesty, but fortunately, this one seems to be better.
Anyway, keep up the awesome job

  Is this manga complete?
Volume 4 read like it was the last in the series, but there was some possibility that the story could develop more. I mean, they didn't even go into a back story for the main character.

Either way I enjoyed it a lot, and the art was pretty good (especially the demonic parts.)
