i have edited a java script file (.js) i want access this file from a blog, so i want to publish the code in the file as a /*.js file in any free webhosting service such as googlepages or any.

eg: example.googlepages.com/example.js

can you help me?

Since .js files are just that, files, I don't see why you couldn't host them on any free web host with FTP or even a web-based uploader. Check to see if your ISP gives you free web hosting as well.

IIRC, all hosting(even the free one) support PHP, JS, HTML, AJAX
paid one usually support ruby
