Quote from: Wikipedia, Share (P2P) article
It now appears that Share has been succeeded by Perfect Dark (P2P)

Hi there

I was wondering what the difference between share, share EX II and Perfect Dark actually is. The Wikipédia article points out that Perfect Dark is the successor of share; which one?  share or Share EX II or both (Share EX II itself being a new version / evolution of share). Or are share EX II and Perfect Dark both p2p clients working on the same principles/network ?
In the latter case is one to be recommended?

With regards, YT

Perfect Dark uses a completely different network and is more secure than Share EX2.

PD requirement is higher,  higher UL speed and you need to keep 50gb of garbage (files that you cannot use but just serve as cache) &
PD's program is more sluggish, less stable

no statistics but I guess more users are staying with S2

But most important, it's not any of the above, it is
