Humm... yeah... I've just read this one recently, when I'm about to download a manga here. And the reason was pretty lame.
"It's because our sponsor traffic is on China and Southeast Asia is lower than the other area"... yeah yeah... 

It really pissed me off... So far, divshare is one of my favorites since the ultra wide bandwith and less annoyance. But with this condition... It seems like there's still some way left. It's either have a premium account with a friend, or asking for someone who live not around here to download and change it to another file host.
