How was it not use friendly? I think it's as easy to use as µTorrent, and well, pretty similar in most ways. And the setup is also pretty similar, though I like the BitComet's setup better

I didnt really have a problem with Bitcomet, i just started with utorrent, and it always seemed easiest to me. Azureus was just, i guess it was to flashy a program, to much unneeded stuff.

agreed.
Iv used it on linux and to me it was a bit to flashy and to much of a program.
ITs more of like the "elite" program.
But most of the time when you see the word 'elite' theres always usless crap behind it.
in the end the so called "elite" be comes annoying and pointless.

I use BitTyrant, which is actually based on Azureus. It's like what it says, it's a TYRANT. :D

For the 100th voter... I've frankly chose µtorrent because:
1) Light on Pc resources.
2) Fast (for me at least but not all the time)
3) Simpler than Azureus!!!

Heck no, BITTYRANT FTW!!!
uTorrent is always around 50-150kb/sec average for me, with BitTyrant is 250-300kb/sec. Win.

Nobody uses a client come with Opera  browser. If you liked Opera, it might be a choice. Although, I'm using µTorrent.

Then, how about a web service like http://www.bitlet.org.

I advise Deluge. It's a near photocopy of uTorrent except it's extensible (good add-ons), open source (no phoning home), and cross-platform (go mac osx/linux).

I'm using Thunder5 which combines torrent and e-mule downloads together.  It's in chinese though.  I wouldn't say it's really fast just on par with bitcomet 0.70.

You can get partial english translated features from Hehehunter's website.

Try not to revive old old topics, gets people mad.

Also in defense of Utorrent, I generally get around 300-750kb/s with it... those who get low probably haven't config'd it right.

I second this. I especially like the fact that I can use Deluge's native gui through ssh tunnel to control Deluge running on a different computer.
Most web intefaces seem a bit lacking and console clients don't have all the cool features.

Newest µTorrent 2.0 beta is the best thing out there. Great speeds and manages the upload perfectly.

Well its Open Sauce so you can expect it to be buggy :p
Also the fact there there hasn't been a update for the windows reversion of it in awhile shows that its not rly used for windows.

Open source sure gives many  usefull options and probably mutch work to the creator.
Iremember azureus as buggy resource easting slow downloader... bitcomet and bittorrnado werent my favourites so now i use uTorrent and I am happy with it - Fast Simple Small.

In a situation you cant find something on webs like hitfile rapid ect and no luck on torrent sites you can give a try to some kind of eMule/Donkey ect you have about 70% chance that it will be there but not nessesarily with many seeds so downloading may take constderable amount of time (like 5 days straight of nonstop for 1 movie).
