Restart your windows with Japanese language mode (configuration in Settings > Configuration > Language) and try to launch the convert of your file. File will go from "cache" to "download directory".
I had this problem with Winny, because my windows did not support some kanjis in the file name, so the file was blocked in "cache" directory.
After rewrite the name of your file, and restart again your windows in english language (or other language)

Thank for helping but how should I launch convert?  Where is it?
Kanji isn't a problem, I was running out of space at that moment so it converted only 13 Mb and stopped
