I came back too late to appreciate it... damn. but yes, we grow cocoa locally. we have a wild mint that grows in our forests (i found that out a couple years back on a hike) That is sometimes cultivated by old people to put in tea. And coconut milk... is very good for you.

Indeed. A lot of people dont understand the value of real friendship. If I genuinely care about you as a person you are my friend, in my opinion. Many "friends" in the world aren't Genuine. The meaning of the word is reduced because of such. That's why "Best Friend" became a thing. To allow for differentiation. There are other tems used to show these levels of trust/connection as well.
There was this thing i read once about a person only being able to keep a certain number of people in their friend circle. he people have to be shuffled in or out over time but the number remains constant once you reach a certain point.
The reason why motivation often does not translate into results is because of a flaw in our process. We spend so much time planning what we are going to do that there is little time left to actually do it. essentially we put too much energy into thinking about what we want to do instead of doing it. Theres also the fact that time is a very limited resource. That's always on our mind. We have to sacrifice one thing to make time for another. Once you are set into a particular routine Its harder to consider changing it up to make room for something that you want to add in. We then either Half ass it or leave it out because we want to get it done perfectly.
