No, There Isn't a Countdown. When I Click Low Speed Download, It Say You have reached the download-limit. Maybe There Is a Problem in My PC or Internet.

Is there a countdown when that message appears? "Wait for xx minutes before you try again" with red letters? I know you didn't download anything, so I don't know why that message appears but there is a waiting time for 45 minutes between two downloads.
