I have the exact same problem. The router rejects the connection because it think it sees no traffic and the connection is lost. Usually you the router's software should have its own traffic or firewall manager. Open the port there and it should work. If it still doesn't than you belong to the small number of users who can't use share. Use Perfect Dark instead.

im trying to use winny and so i installed it, added nodes, and opened my ports and closed all my firewalls. then i tried the portchecker on their main site and it says that the port isn't opened.... so i changed the port number in the program and opening it on my router and it still doesn't work!! any help is appreciated, thanks in advance

and after it connects to a node it disconnects in a few seconds!!!!! The maximum i've seen a node last is about 2 minutes!!!!!!! :stfu:
