Koe no katachi

Koe no katachi is likely the manga that has had the greatest impact on me emotionally.

Hi all guys I think i started reading Ranma 1/2 but too many years are passed so I'm not so sure.... The mangas i have in my hearth are Touch of the great Adachi and Maison Ikkoku that maybe is the  best story i ever read!

For me

- Aria (especially the last volume)
- Hepatica (I really liked the ending)
- Rainbow
- Made in Abyss (the manga is such a masterpiece (chapter 24 was just heart-wrenching) especially the scenery, the ongoing anime is doing well as well)
- Uchi no Musume no Tame Naraba, Ore wa Moshikashitara Maou mo Taoseru Kamo Shirenai is just waaaaaay too adorable
- Yomawari sensei pains my heart (so well-written T^T)

I'm 100% sure I missed a lot of masterpieces, but these are the ones that popped into my head

Kanata Kara - old but really good romance manga
Akaku Saku Koe -It is from the same mangaka as Natsume Yuujinchou. It is short but very interesting, has the unique feeling that only MIdorikawa Yuki-sensei' works have and oh well just go read it
Kingyo Sou - about a deaf guy and a girl that falls in love with him
Ballroom he Youkoso - well you probably know the anime

A Manga that has touched me particurarly this year is Ashita no Joe (1968). I deeply loved the character developement the protagonist makes. It really feels like you set out for a journey with him among the slums of the 60's Tokyo, traveling then through his boxing career that is far from simple.

Well written characters, scarifice, passion and the power of following your dreams. This and more, is Ashita no Joe, which will leave you with a bitter sweet taste at the end, but is worth every page if you love the spokon genre. Because you're not only reading about Joe and his inner battles and on the ring, you grow with him :,)

Femme Fatale. The characters felt like real people and it was my first foray into non-mainstream josei/seinen 8 years ago. I always recommend it to people looking for something "unique" (e.g. not a battle manga or a melodramatic school drama).

Fushigi Yuugi: Genbu Kaiden made me cry every time I read it, even though I already knew how it was going to end.

I really recommend "Suicide Island". It really has touched me. For anyone depressive or someone who has had suicidal thoughts, it could be life changing.

Recently its been Koe no Katachi and Mushishi. Mushishi really had an impact on me, I feel like I could read it hundreds of times and still get something new out of it each time.

For me it's One Piece and Moe Kare.
One Piece always made me cry for their touching story (remember about Going Merry and Ace's death?) :')

i feel for me it was snafu  My Youth Romantic Comedy Is Wrong as Expected:
for me it really goes into depth with the char and shows their ups downs and the difficulties even despite them having unique personalities their are certain parts that probably everyone can someone connect too
at the same time it still a comedy so at times its extremely serious and at times theirs jokes here and there

FMAB has always been one of the greats. Now Magi seems to earn the same place.

Theres a few manga series which i realy liked, such as Bokurano, Berserk, Kingdom and Claymore. I'll have to admit that recently i've been more into light novels tho, orz.
